We are typically able to process your order same day or next business day! Once your order has shipped, the delivery time will vary based on your location. Our standard estimated shipping times are:

Ontario & Quebec: 3-8 days

BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, NB, NS, PEI:5-12 days

NL, Nunavut, NT, Yukon: 5-14 days

Please note that sometimes shipping times may take longer than usual due to carrier delays, and as a result we can’t guarantee an arrival date.

We currently ship Worldwide

We ship to PO boxed or APO/FPO boxes through standard shipping with Canada Post or USPS. For expedited orders using FedEx or UPS, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

We offer free standard shipping Canada only, on all orders with a subtotal over $50. For orders with a subtotal of less than $50, standard shipping rates apply.

It is unlikely, but order confirmations may be delayed, and could end up being marked as junk/spam in your email inbox. If you received an order number as part of your checkout, then your order has gone through. Make sure to save your order number for your records and contact us with any concerns.

Your tracking number will be included in your shipping confirmation email. You can always look up your order information on your Pups Closet account.

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal. Credit card can be used through PayPal even without an account.

Yes, we use the latest security measures to protect your details right from the landing page. 256-bit ssl software is used to encrypt your credit and debit information when you place and order with us.

We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest standard and quality, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

Note that we do not offer returns and exchanges due to ordering the wrong size. Please ensure to use the size charts provided on each products page to get the correct sizing.

Our team has sourced items from all over the world, we have warehouses in Europe and Asia. We ensure that we have only listed unique and high quality items.

Our styles fit most dogs up to 45kg / 100lbs, please refer to our sizing guide before purchasing. Please remember that each individual product has its own unique measurement. A size L in a sweater could be different to a size L in a hoodie, follow the size charts and don't guess!

For most dogs, chest is the most important measurement. Some products will only have a chest measurement to go off. Most of our products are made with cotton and polyester so they are stretchy.

If your dog is in between sizes, remember to always size up.

Use a tape measure or string or shoelace to do the measurements.

We recommend going up one or two sizes so that your fur baby can grow into our products.

They are machine washable, we recommend cold water wash and hang to dry.
